All Christmas Orders Must be in by Tuesday December 15th to guarantee delivery/pick up before Christmas. To keep our product going out as fresh as possible we are, and will continue to, prepare fresh product every Saturday and Sunday for orders received the week prior. We then ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays right to your door in refrigerated packaging with overnight delivery. Our final shipping date before Christmas will be Monday December 21st. Since we are very busy with the holiday orders and busy with this new weekly production schedule, please be patient with our manual system. Someone will contact you within the week of placing your order to finalize payment and shipping and/or pick up details.
Orders will still need to be processed through us and every Tuesday the following locations will receive the pre-arranged orders and will be held there on hold for customers convenience. Our final deliveries for Christmas for pre orders to the following locations will be Tuesday December 22nd.

The mousse is a refrigerated product at all times. Even as a sealed jar. The mousse is good as a fresh product sealed in the fridge for up to 6 weeks from made on found at the bottom of every jar. You can freeze this product for up to 6 months in the freezer in the jar with the seal in tact. The seal is what keeps the integrity of the product. A natural thaw for a day or two in the fridge will give perfect results.
